Cause of error code Er:20

Condensate – Closed is Normal, Open is Fault (Condensate Drain Trap)

Solution for error code Er:20

Press the Power button to clear the Error Code.

- Check Condensate and main controller connections. Ensure all are secure.
- Check Condensate sensor resistance. If resistance is zero, replace the switch. - Check Condensate hose. Ensure it is connected and in good condition.  
- Check condensate line and termination for blockages.
- Check exhaust vent for blockages.
- If the problem persists, replace the main control.
