Cause of error code E12

Return sensor short 

- Return sensor is short circuited.

Solution for error code E12

- Check wires for signs of damage. 
- Temporarily connect the harness to another sensor. 
- The value for a shorted sensor in the “User Menu” under “Status” is 244°F.
