No flame detected after five ignition attempts.
- If the gas supply pressure is incorrect, it must be adjusted to the correct pressure.
- If spark not present, check fot correct ignition electrode position and gab. If position is correct, check for 120Vac at the supply of the spark generator.
- Insprect the vent system and eliminate any obstructions.
- If the voltage to the gas valve is not 120Vac the power control board must be replaced.
- If the resitance of the gas valve colls is not 0.18kohm and/or 1.10 kohm, the gas valve must be replaced.
- If the ionization current is greater than 4uA, comfirm that the CO2 content is adjusted property. Check the flame detection electrode and if necessary replace it, check the integrity of the flame detection electrode3 electral wires.
