Gas Leakage is Detected for 10 Minutes, or three times within One Hour
(Greater than 5 Seconds Each Time)
IMPORTANT: If you smell gas, STOP! Follow the instructions on the cover of this manual, and call a qualified service technician or the gas utility. Press the Power button to clear the Error Code. If Error happens again:
1. Check the water heater cover. Ensure it is secure.
2. Check gas connections for leakage with a soapy solution. Fix any leaks.
3. Check condition of the burner assembly.
4. If the problem persists, replace the main control.
