Soft Lockout – Internal Failure
The electronics has detected an error. This can be caused by an actual controller internal fault or wiring fault:
Check vent damper, cycle power with vent damper disconnected. If error is cleared, reconnect the vent damper and refer to Recommended Corrective Action listed under stA 20, damper failed to open.
-Check pilot assembly,
-If problem persists, replace the control.
