Solution for error code E04

The FINE cartridge used in your printer has been installed incorrectly. To remove these cartridges you need to retract the output tray extension before opening the cover. Once the cartridges have been remove you can re-install them by pushing them in until it clicks into place. Close the cover before resuming printing.
