Cause of error code 011

Problem connecting to wireless network

Solution for error code 011

You may see error message 011 setting up your NOW TV Box when trying to connect to your wireless network.

Press the following buttons on your NOW TV Box remote control in quick succession:

1-Home (x5)
2-Fast Forward (x3)
3-Rewind (x2)

Then press OK to update the software. Once it’s updated to 100% please retry connecting to your wireless network.

If the steps don't work, please reset your NOW TV Box, and try to connect to your wireless network again.
